thinking with my mouth open

Coffee, the Bible & Paige

I'm Paige, a proud Alaskan native born in Seward in 1956. Growing up in Sitka was a dream—fishing, hunting, and running barefoot through the woods. After high school, I joined the Navy, becoming a musician and later transitioning into Aviation Electronics.

In 2002, I embraced self-employment, focusing on network design and reigniting my passion for music. My wife and I started teaching music lessons, building a successful practice in Metro Atlanta's homeschool community.

At 53, I pursued formal education, earning a Bachelor’s in Human Services, a Master’s in education, and a Master’s in music composition by 2016. Teaching is my calling, and I'm dedicated to composing orchestral and choral music.

Now, in 2024, I've transitioned from a career in music to a deep focus on the Bible. For almost three years, I've been podcasting daily Bible devotionals, producing over 600 episodes. My unique approach involves a cinematic brain, visualizing passages like scenes from a movie.

My goal for the next year is to consolidate my efforts into audio, video, and written formats—possibly compiling a book of my devotionals or studies. As I approach 68, I aim to leave a lasting legacy for my children and grandchildren, emphasizing the importance of being known by God and understanding His Word.

Thanks for joining the adventure!
