What is the context in which the Gifts of the Spirit are to be used? How can we be certain if what we are seeing or hearing is a legitimate move of the Holy Spirit?

Also – were you aware that things like Healing, Tongues, and Prophecies are not only in the purview of the Christian faith? That other religions around the world have the very same manifestations?
