What has my path through Revelation revealed to me? 

1. Firstly, I have realized that, like taking a first trip to Disneyland, I am overwhelmed.  I literally cannot take it all in. I know I am going to have to schedule another trip through this iconic book, because, like a trip to Disneyland, it’s just not possible to get it all in one trip. 
2. Secondly, amid all of the imagery given to the last great seer of the Church (in my opinion), there is a message that remains current no matter what century you live in. Satan wants mankind’s destruction. Troubles and persecution are not a possibility; they are a guarantee. But along with this guarantee of persecution is the guarantee of victory. God wins. We (the church) win. But the road to this ultimate victory is a long and winding one.
3. As someone in the twilight of his own life, I can see the end of the road as I approach it. My health is slowly degrading, as happens with old people. In the same manner, I am watching the world around me slowly spiral towards its own end. It’s old. But I’m okay with it all. I know that one day I will close my eyes here and open them THERE, in the Presence of the One I have only read about. Humanity’s members have been dancing their dance with everyone choosing their dance partner – the lord of this world, or the Lord of ALL worlds. That dance is almost over. 

And THAT, my friends, is where Revelation has brought me. Onward and upward – we are in th4 final laps of this study!
