Worship certainly has a place in our gatherings as a church. We sing, pray, read Scripture, and praise God together. Those things matter. But Paul is showing us that worship cannot be confined to a Sunday service.
Worship also shows up in how we work, how we treat people, how we use our abilities, how we respond to difficulties, and how we conduct ourselves when no one from church is watching.
Worship is not merely an event we attend. It is a life we offer.
So, let’s bring this all home. In view of ALL that God has done for you—in view of the mercy and grace He has extended to you—consider how you might make each day an opportunity to proclaim the worthiness of the God to whom you belong, in the words you speak and the things you do.
